About this pilot
IntakeRing is being prepared by an independent operator based in Austria. The first businesses we expect to speak with are English-speaking local businesses in the United States.
A legal entity name, street address, public email, and public phone number are not listed here. They are not ready to publish. They have to be confirmed before any service goes live. This page will not invent them.
What we are preparing is inquiry coverage. An assistant answers when a business cannot, collects the callback details listed on the home page, and is meant to email a summary to that team. The business still quotes, schedules, and does the work.
What this is not: a holiday light installer, a booking desk, a guaranteed source of jobs, or a finished phone product you can switch on today.
Still open: forwarding for a United States business number, the real cost of minutes, whether one setup can serve more than one business, and a full test of the assistant in English, Spanish, and German. Provider documentation says those three languages can be configured. That is not the same as a finished test.
