IntakeRing is a pilot for local businesses that miss calls during the workday. An AI assistant is meant to answer, write down what the caller needs, and send your team an email summary. Your people still quote the job, set the time, and do the work.

We sell inquiry coverage to local businesses. The idea started with holiday light installers who miss calls while a crew is on a ladder or a roof. The same kind of coverage can fit other businesses that cannot pick up during the workday.
We do not install holiday lights. We do not send a crew to a job site. We do not give a binding price, and we do not book the appointment.
A call arrives while your team is unavailable. That might be after hours, during a busy stretch, or while people are out on a job.
The assistant asks for the caller's name, a callback number, the service address or area, what they need, and a preferred window for a callback.
Your team is meant to receive an email summary of that conversation.
A person follows up. They quote, schedule, and do the work. The assistant does not close the sale.
This flow is the plan for the pilot. Phone forwarding, the email summary, and the language setup are not finished and have not been fully tested. Nothing on this page turns the service on.
The hosted assistant we expect to use can be configured for English, Spanish, and German, according to provider documentation. Those languages are not fully set up or tested for this pilot. We do not claim that every language is supported.
Forwarding a number you already use depends on your phone provider and on setup that still has to be confirmed. This preview does not publish an IntakeRing phone number.

A thin phone staff
Some shops and offices cannot keep a person by the phone all day. The assistant is a way to catch the inquiry. It is not a hired receptionist, and it is not round-the-clock human support.

This proposal does not renew on its own. It does not add surprise charges if the 200 minutes are passed. Any extra time would need a separate written agreement before it is billed.
What counts as a connected minute, whether a United States number can be forwarded, and the real cost of the line are still unchecked. Final pilot terms are agreed in writing before anything is activated. This page is not a checkout, and there is no way to pay here.
We are not claiming a guaranteed number of booked jobs, a guaranteed callback time, or a finished connection to a calendar, inbox, or other software.

No. It collects the details for a callback. A person on the business team quotes the work and sets any appointment. There is no binding quote from the assistant.
No. The assistant is there for calls the business does not pick up. Follow-up is human, on that business's own schedule. We do not staff a round-the-clock support desk.
